How to: Search for special characters in a document.
Solution:
Select 'Find...' from the 'Edit' menu, click 'Special', and select a character from the list box.
1) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Find...'. (The 'Find' dialog box appears.)
2) Click 'Special'. (A list box appears above the Special button.)
3) Select the desired character from the list box.
4) Click 'Find Next'. (The application begins searching.)
5) (Special Case) If the special character is not found, the Microsoft Word dialog box appears stating that the character has not been found. Click 'OK' in response to this message.
6) (Special Case) If the special mark is found it is highlighted, then do one of the following:
a) Click 'Close' to complete the search.
b) Click 'Find Next' to continue searching for the special character.
7) When Word 95 has searched the entire document, a dialog box appears stating that the entire document has been searched. Click 'OK' in response to this message.
